TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement procedure is the implementation of a public procurement procedure for the award of a “CONCESSION FOR PERFORMING A SELECTED ECONOMIC PUBLIC SERVICE OF URBAN LINE PASSENGER TRANSPORT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BREŽICE”. In accordance with Article 5 of the Decree, the concession is granted for a period of four years, with the possibility of extension for no more than one year. The concession begins to run on the date the concession agreement is concluded, unless otherwise specified in the concession agreement.
