TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public procurement procedure is the conduct of a public procurement procedure for the award of the “CONCESSION FOR THE PROVISION OF A SELECTED ECONOMIC PUBLIC SERVICE – URBAN LINE PUBLIC TRANSPORT OF PASSENGERS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BREŽICE”. In accordance with Article 5 of the Decree, the concession shall be awarded for a period of four years, with the possibility of extension for a maximum of one year. The concession shall commence on the date the concession agreement is concluded, unless otherwise stipulated in the concession agreement.
