TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement process includes a contract for the Contracting Authority to provide for the operation and maintenance of the fuel installations for Billund Airport. The fuel installation is located close to the airport area and is used by car customers. The current fuel installation is operated by OK a.m.b.a. (OK). The contract ends at the end of April 2027. The installation is unmanned. There are currently four self-service pumps from which petrol and diesel can be dispensed. With this invitation to tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a concession contract with a Tenderer which, in addition to handling the daily operation of an unmanned fuel installation, can also help develop the fuel installation in line with the major development the area is undergoing. The number of customers using the airport increases by 3–5% annually, and it is expected that there will be up to 7 million annual customers in 20 years. The surrounding area also grows through both Lalandia and Lego, which likewise have several million visitors each year.
