TENDER DESCRIPTION
SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM The subject of a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is the procurement of data centre infrastructure equipment (e.g. servers, storage and backup equipment, integrated solutions and data centre network equipment), as well as procurement of related ancillary supplies and services. The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the request to participate and its annexes, in particular in the annexes “Subject of the dynamic purchasing system” and “Services and their minimum requirements”. During the term of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it. The DPS remains valid until the date stated in the contract notice unless it is terminated or amended during the validity of the DPS. The customers of Hansel Oy carry out procurements within the DPS between the candidates approved for the DPS through DPS internal competitions, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 30.9.2026 and ends when the DPS validity period ends. Procurement contracts may be valid for up to 30.9.2032. Notwithstanding…
