TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM The subject matter of the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is the procurement of data centre infrastructure equipment (e.g. servers, storage and backup equipment, integrated solutions and data centre network equipment) as well as the procurement of the related ancillary supplies and services. The subject matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the request to participate and its appendices, in particular in the appendices titled “Subject matter of the dynamic purchasing system” and “Services and their minimum requirements”. During the term of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it. The DPS shall be valid until the date stated in the contract notice, unless it is terminated or amended during the validity period of the DPS. Customers of Hansel Oy carry out procurements under the DPS between the candidates approved for the DPS through DPS internal competitions, which may be scheduled during the entire procurement phase of the DPS.
