Framework contract for services titled “Repair and maintenance of Kongsberg tactical VHF radios (2027-2030)”. Framework amount: HUF 566,929,134 net (gross: HUF 720,000,000) Planned annual framework amounts: Year 2027: HUF 118,110,236 net Year 2028: HUF 133,858,268 net Year 2029: HUF 149,606,299 net Year 2030: HUF 165,354,331 net Between the annual framework amounts, reallocation is possible. Place of performance: the contractor’s and the registered subcontractors’ premises, facilities of military organisations, and training locations. The contracting authority undertakes to use 50% of the total framework amount. In the event of failure to place orders exceeding this framework amount, the participant shall not assert any claim against the contracting authority. The detailed requirements relating to the services forming the subject of the procurement are set out in the Technical Specification constituting Annex 1 to the Participation documentation.
