TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Competition is the development of a concept for the “Victoria Culture Quarter” at the Ruins of the Victoria Theatre in Gliwice (design-and-build part) and a vision for the development of the area located at ul. Barlickiego 3 together with a fragment of al. Przyjaźni located between ul. Zwycięstwa and ul. Dworcowa. The Competition comprises: 1) design-and-build part – extension of the Ruins of the Victoria Theatre; 2) study part – development of the section of al. Przyjaźni located between ul. Zwycięstwa and ul. Dworcowa and the courtyard of the Youth House of Culture. The detailed scope of the Competition is described in the Competition Rules.
