TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the Federal project KONSENS (Coordinated new software development of the tax administration), development and deployment of software standardized throughout Germany in the area of the state tax authorities will take place. Through division of tasks, the state of Hesse is responsible for the development and maintenance of the procedure GINSTER (basic information service tax). For all taxpayers, GINSTER manages the relevant master data (e.g., name, address, bank details, etc.). Other procedures can access these cross-cutting information resources, which support name queries and data exchange. The objective is to conclude a framework contract for the procurement of support services in KONSENS project management. The staff planned for deployment must have the following experience: • At least 3 years of professional experience in leading a total of at least three projects with project teams consisting of at least 10 employees, whereby the runtime of a project must be at least 1 year.
