TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the Federal initiative KONSENS (coordinated new software development for the tax administration), the development and deployment of software that is uniform throughout Germany in the area of the Länder tax authorities is carried out. Through the division of tasks, the State of Hesse is responsible for the development and maintenance of the GINSTER procedure (basic information service – tax). For all taxpayers, GINSTER manages the relevant master data (e.g., name, address, bank details, etc.). Other procedures can access these cross-sectional information that help with name queries and data exchange. The goal is to conclude a framework agreement for the procurement of support services in KONSENS project management. The personnel intended for use must have the following experience: •At least 3 years of professional experience in leading a total of at least three projects with project teams consisting of at least 10 employees, whereby the duration of a project must be at least 1 year.
