TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract includes: 1) Maintenance and ongoing inspection of the condition of building fittings, such as joinery, cladding of staircases, landings and other internal pedestrian routes. 2) Maintenance and ongoing inspection of the technical condition of pedestrian routes. 3) Inspection and repair of walls and plasters in staircase recesses, staircases, basements and façades quarterly or upon receiving a notification from the Contracting Authority. 4) Maintenance, inspection, and repair of intercom installations upon receiving a notification from the Contracting Authority/tenant. 5) Inspection and repair of lighting fixtures inside buildings and outdoors, including replacement of brackets, housings, lampshades, covers, or internal components such as ballasts, starters, sockets, etc., or replacement of entire fixtures up to 5 units. 6) Maintenance, inspection, and repair of self-closers, electromagnetic locks, building fittings, locks and handles at least once a month. 7) Maintenance of the electrical installation in common areas excluding equipment and removal of all faults quarterly or upon receiving a notification from the Contracting Authority. 8) Immediate…
