TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of this procedure is the maintenance and repair of playground equipment, sport and recreation facilities, and playground furnishings, located in urban green areas in Łódź. The list of playground equipment, sport and recreation facilities, and playground furnishings requiring maintenance and repair, together with an indication of the works to be carried out as part of the basic scope, constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the OPZ, and as part of the option right scope, constitutes Appendix No. 1a to the OPZ. 4.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and in the draft agreement forming Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ. 6.
