TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the maintenance and servicing of lifts at SPWSZ in Szczecin at the location on Arkońska Street 4 and at the location on A. Sokołowskiego Street 11. 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ, and in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constitutes Annex No 1 to the SWZ. 4. The place where the subject matter of the contract is to be performed will be the Independent Public Provincial Coordinated Hospital in Szczecin with its registered office at Arkońska Street 4, 71-455 Szczecin, at the location on Arkońska Street 4 and at the location on A. Sokołowskiego Street 11. 5. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PZP. 1.
