TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service for the maintenance and operation of equipment of the street lighting infrastructure within the area of the City of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. The scope of operation includes all activities related to proper maintenance in full technical working order of road, street, park, square, and monument illumination systems, illumination of selected architectural objects, and Christmas decorations. The scope of equipment intended for operation includes all devices associated with it, i.e.: power supply cables for street lighting cabinets, lighting cabinets, cable lines and overhead lines, support structures together with brackets, and lighting fixtures. The lighting system in the municipality is approx. 7,987 lighting points. Full maintenance covers approx. 4,323 lighting points (luminaires, light sources, poles, support structures, supply networks with control, collisions, accidental events, acts of vandalism).
