TENDER DESCRIPTION

Description of the service: At Querkamp, south of the Brüder-Grimm-Schule, a district centre for young people, children and their families is to be built. It will accommodate a mix of uses comprising community, group and multi-purpose rooms as well as offices for the operators. The planned building will include two full storeys and an attic storey and will not have a basement. It will be constructed using timber frame construction with a massive building core, and will be fitted with a purlin roof with extensive green roofing as well as a PV system. Site access will be via the public road Querkamp. Due to a large stand of trees to be preserved in the front section of the building plot, the area for site set-up is very limited. Part of the school car park adjacent to the north can be accessed by small trucks. Alongside the road on the building plot, a temporary lay-by will be created, which can be used for loading and unloading by crane. All public roads, footpaths and parking spaces must be kept clear.
