Overview of the object The contracting authority intends to enter into an agreement in accordance with ABK 09 with a consultancy that can support Perstorps Bostäder AB and Perstorp Municipality with its subsidiary companies in strategic real estate development, property economics, project management, procurement, due diligence, contract law for works/contracting, energy efficiency improvements and AI-based portfolio analysis. The assignment is intended to provide the contracting authority with a consolidated basis for decision-making for all or parts of the real estate portfolio and may include analysis, prioritisation, design/prospectus, procurement, implementation support, contract follow-up and the introduction of a structured working model for long-term value creation.
