Consulting service for carrying out the technical description and other necessary activities for the project “Construction of a flue water neutralisation unit for the Eesti EJ ash field” in accordance with the procurement conditions. Technical task annexes 1.2, 2 and 3 will be issued to the tenderer after the confidentiality agreement (NDA) has been concluded. The NDA signed by the tenderer must be submitted via RHRi’s information exchange. The site familiarisation will take place on 09.09.2026. Participants will gather at 10:00 at the Eesti elektrijaam (in the main entrance building), at the address: Auvere küla, Narva-Jõesuu linn, 40107 Ida-Virumaa.
