The assignment involves completion of the programme documentation and a complete invitation to tender document set for a partnering contract in accordance with ABT 06 for the project Future-proofing of Building 33. The procurement also includes an option covering design work for conversion and future-proofing of Building 33 in the Malmö hospital area, with responsibility for the requested disciplines’ design work up to completed system documentation, as well as completed invitation to tender documentation for the procurement of a turnkey contract in accordance with ABT 06 at a fixed price.
