Goods procurement Sales contract for the procurement of container carrier trucks (1+1 pcs) Delivery (transfer) conditions: The vehicle must be delivered inspected and equipped with a registration plate. The registration tax, registration fee, and all costs are borne by the bidder and are included in the bid price. The vehicle to be delivered must comply with the current provisions of Government Decree 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM (on the technical conditions for the registration and maintenance of road vehicles). The technical-quality acceptance of the vehicle takes place at the contracting authority's premises. If at the time of acceptance the vehicle differs in specification from that included in the accepted bid, the contracting authority may refuse to accept it.
