TENDER DESCRIPTION

Banedanmark wishes to enter into a contract with an operations provider that can take care of the day-to-day, ongoing operation of Banedanmark’s sleeper factory located at Vejlbyvej 1, 7000 Fredericia, and thus, by using the sleeper factory’s production facilities, produce and supply concrete sleepers in the form of line sleepers and turnouts sleepers, including sleeper types for special track structures such as rail fastening retrieval at bridges, in prestressed concrete for use in Banedanmark’s performance of its task as railway infrastructure manager. Production takes place using the long line method. In this connection, the operations provider shall, among other things: - Ensure rational and economically sound production and delivery of concrete sleepers of the types Line sleepers and Turnout sleepers in accordance with the contract terms, - At a minimum, meet the requirements of DS/EN ISO 9001:2015 or an equivalent standard for a quality management system, cf.
