TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Danish Parliament (Folketinget), the Danish Association of Local Authorities (KL) and the Danish Regions (Danske Regioner) wish to develop and carry out a nationwide campaign that will contribute to a more respectful political debate and prevent harassment of elected officials. The campaign must increase the public’s understanding of the democratic consequences of harassment of politicians and at the same time motivate more citizens to actively respond when they encounter harassment or a hostile tone in the political debate. The selected supplier must develop the campaign strategy, creative concept, messages, visual identity, media plan and campaign materials, and also be responsible for the production, media placement and implementation of the campaign. The campaign must be based on existing research and insights into target groups and be developed in close cooperation with the Danish Parliament (Folketinget), KL and Danske Regioner. The assignment also includes testing key campaign elements, ongoing quality assurance and strategic recommendations on how the campaign can best create impact and be embedded over a multi-year period.
