The subject of the contract is technical assistance services concerning three agreements for the implementation of construction works - hereinafter: Contracts for Works, for the scope of the Project "Improvement of the water supply system of the city of Toruń for drinking purposes" - hereinafter: the Project, consisting of supervision, administration and coordination, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of Contract W-2/R "Modernization of the Drwęca - Jedwabno water intake", Contract W-3/R "Modernization of the Drwęca - Jedwabno Water Treatment Plant" and Contract W-9/R "Construction of a photovoltaic farm on the premises of the Drwęca - Jedwabno Water Treatment Plant" - hereinafter also: Engineer's Services. 2.
