TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is technical assistance services relating to three agreements for the execution of construction works—hereinafter: the Contracts for Works—for the scope of the Project entitled “Improving the water supply system of the city of Toruń for drinking water”, consisting in supervising, administering and coordinating, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the performance of Contract W-1/R “Modernisation of the shallow groundwater intake at Mała Nieszawka”, Contract W-4/R “Extension and modernisation of the water supply network in the city of Toruń” and Contract W-5/R “Intelligent monitoring and management system for the water supply network”—hereinafter also: the Engineer Services. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the Terms of Reference (also referred to as “ToR” or “SWZ”).
