TENDER DESCRIPTION

CT contrast media with iomeprol as the active ingredient. Framework amount: net HUF 27 014 998,-, for which the Contracting Authority undertakes to place call-off orders. Estimated quantity to be procured: iomeprol 300 mg/ml sterile solution for injection “in bottles of maximum 50 ml” 1000 ml/12 months; iomeprol 350 mg/ml sterile solution for injection “in bottles of maximum 500 ml” 277 275 ml/12 months; iomeprol 400 mg/ml sterile solution for injection “in bottles of maximum 200 ml” 69 000 ml/12 months. The contract-performing party as the successful tenderer shall, as part of the proper performance of the contract, deliver the product to the place of performance specified by the Contracting Authority and unload it from the means of transport. The Purchaser accepts delivery of a product which, after delivery, still has at least 3 months of shelf life available. The Seller—based on prior consultation with the Purchaser and subject to the Purchaser’s approval—shall also be entitled to supply preparations with a shorter expiry date than those stated above.
