TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of contrast agents in 3 parts for the National Institute of Oncology as follows: Part 1: procurement of contrast agent with active substance ioxitalamate meglumine (ATC code: V08AA05), with active substance content of 66.03 (0.6603 g/ml), in quantity of 2760 units. An offer may be made only for the total quantity specified for the given part. With respect to those products for which the contracting authority refers to a specific brand/type, pursuant to Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.), submission of an equivalent product offer is also accepted. In this case, it is the obligation of the tenderer to prove equivalence. Only new, previously unused products may be offered. The contracting authority undertakes, during the term of the contract, to order at least 70% of the total quantity. The detailed technical requirements are contained in the tender documentation.
