TENDER DESCRIPTION

Inspection of the technical condition of construction facilities, measurements and tests of the electrical installations of outdoor lighting poles, in the area administered by ZGN Wola in the Wola District of the City of Warsaw 1. The subject of the contract is the periodic inspection of the technical condition of construction facilities – measurements and tests of the electrical installations of outdoor lighting poles, in accordance with Article 62(1)(2) of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law, in the area administered by ZGN Wola in the Wola District of the City of Warsaw. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract, which form an integral part of the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to hold civil liability insurance for the conduct of its business, with an insurance sum of not less than PLN 50,000.00, for the entire duration of the contract.
