TENDER DESCRIPTION
Continuation of the construction of a sidewalk at ul. Bursztynowa on os. Zabajka in Głogów Małopolski 1. The subject of the contract is the continuation of the construction of a sidewalk at ul. Bursztynowa on os. Zabajka (final section with a length of 340 mb from km 0+379 to km 0+719) in the town of Głogów Małopolski – in accordance with the bill of quantities. 2. The scope of works is defined in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) – (in accordance with the bill of quantities). NOTE: The design documentation includes a broader scope than the investment to be carried out – the scope is defined by the bills of quantities. 3. Quality requirements relating to the main elements of the subject matter of the contract in accordance with Article 246(2) of the Public Procurement Law (uPzp) are specified by the design documentation and the technical specification.
