4. Test phase and optimization, during which the application is tested with children, young people, and professionals, and adjusted and further developed based on feedback.

5. Finalization and Go-Live, scheduled for April 2028, which includes the completion of the application and the provision of the final version.

The specific time planning and milestones, along with the services to be provided in each phase, will be coordinated between the client and the contractor after the award of the contract.
