Description of the procurement (type and scope of the service, or statement of needs and requirements) The website www.dvb.de forms the central digital interface in communication with the customers of Dresdner Verkehrsbetriebe AG. It serves as the primary information hub for passengers and consolidates essential services such as the journey planner with real-time data and disruption reports. However, the existing technical infrastructure and architecture of the website are based on a technological state from approximately ten years ago and represent a historically grown, strongly intertwined system. In order to make the platform future-proof, a phased replacement of the affected legacy systems as well as a fundamental architectural unbundling are planned.
