TENDER DESCRIPTION

To activate and channel demand for shared housing formats for the new large development districts, the contact exchange “Baut zusammen!?” was launched in March 2019 on behalf of the Agency for Building Communities. It is a point of contact for networking, getting to know one another and exchanging information among individual interested parties, building communities and professional stakeholders in Hamburg in an analogue format with regular events and an online portal. At the events, short content contributions are delivered by the Agency for Building Communities, construction management offices, experienced projects or other invited experts. In addition, there is an opportunity for personal exchange among the interested parties. The separately operated online portal is mainly intended for networking by independently posting offers and requests. From the perspective of the Agency for Building Communities, it is necessary to make the contact exchange a permanent service.
