TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city grants the concessionaire 23 municipal locations within the city area where digital advertising can take place. This includes the right and obligation of the concessionaire to install advertising installations at municipal locations at their own expense and risk and to use these for advertising purposes. Additionally, the concessionaire is to broadcast editorial programming via the advertising installations. In return, the city expects the payment of a remuneration consisting of a turnover-dependent component ("turnover rent") and a turnover-independent component ("minimum rent"), the provision of media free services, granting discounts on media services, and enabling crisis communication. Locations are provided for 9 large digital billboards in street areas - 4 locations from 01.03.2027 and 5 more from 01.07.2027 -, 8 digital small displays in light rail facilities, and 6 digital small displays in street areas. In addition, the city has already granted advertising rights for the operation of other advertising installations.
