TENDER DESCRIPTION
Phase 1 – Prequalification Competition ▪ The procedure is initiated by publishing the European-wide notice for the concession award and making the procurement documents available. With the concession notice, the grantor invites all companies interested in the concession to submit an application for participation (call for prequalification); ▪ If interested companies have questions regarding the documents concerning the prequalification competition, the subject of the concession, or the procedure, they can request information via the procurement platform up to 10 calendar days before the deadline for receipt of applications for participation; ▪ Deadline for receipt of the (electronically submitted) applications for participation; ▪ Examination and evaluation of the applications for participation in accordance with the requirements set out in the notice (including eligibility criteria) as well as determination of the applicants to be invited to submit bids (conclusion of prequalification competition) The “Application Conditions (Prequalification Competition)” published in the procurement documents for the prequalification competition apply to the prequalification competition.
