TENDER DESCRIPTION

The districts of Osterholz, Cuxhaven and the city of Bremerhaven conduct a joint concession award procedure for the operation and technical support of the alarm transmission system (AÜA). The objective of the award is to build a uniform, modern and highly available as well as failure-resistant infrastructure for alarm reception across all three local authorities. In this way, the reliability of municipal emergency response in the event of outages is to be increased sustainably and comprehensively. At the heart of the project is the provision of a modern, highly available and failure-resistant technical solution for the transmission and receipt of fire alarm messages. The grantors of the concession plan to award a fire alarm system (BMA) concession to a concessionaire for the duration of the contract term. The concessionaire shall receive the exclusive right to construct, maintain and operate a public alarm transmission system for fire alarms and to connect participants to this alarm transmission system (Variant 1, in accordance with the system overview Annex 1).
