TENDER DESCRIPTION
The districts of Osterholz and Cuxhaven and the city of Bremerhaven are carrying out a joint concession tender for the operation and technical support of the alarm transmission system (AÜA). The objective of the award is to build a uniform, modern and highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructure for receiving alarms across all three local authorities. This is intended to sustainably and comprehensively increase the failure resilience of municipal emergency response. At the centre of the project is the provision of a modern, highly available and fault-tolerant technical solution for the transmission and receipt of fire alarm signals. The grantors plan to issue a fire alarm system (BMA) concession to a concessionaire for the duration of the contract term. The concessionaire is granted the exclusive right to construct, maintain and operate a public alarm transmission system for fire alarms and to connect subscribers to this alarm transmission system (Variant 1, according to system overview Annex 1).
