TENDER DESCRIPTION
Cologne/Bonn Airport intends, as part of a tender procedure in accordance with KonzVgV, to award the Book & Press / Convenience Shops, plus any possible option areas at the airport. Following the award procedure, the signing of a concession agreement with the future operator is planned. The procedure is conducted through an open procedure. Confidentiality agreement / NDA: To protect the confidentiality of the contracting authority’s information contained in the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement (NDA) is to be concluded. For this purpose, please use the document provided for download entitled "0-Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung.pdf". Please send a signed copy to the contact person specified in the tender on the Mercell platform ([email protected]). In addition to checking the signed NDA, Cologne/Bonn Airport will carry out a plausibility check to determine whether the interested party has a legitimate interest in obtaining access to the tender documents.
