TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral area of Branišov na Šumavě and in the adjacent part of the cadastral area Dobříkov na Šumavě, including the necessary surveying works of accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastre of real estate, as amended. The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared so that it can be entered into the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land consolidation proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown that precisely corresponds to the requirements set out in Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., on the procedure for implementing land consolidations and the requirements of the land consolidation proposal, as amended. The KoPÚ will address the adjustment of water management conditions and anti-erosion measures.
