TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preparation of a comprehensive land consolidation proposal (KoPÚ) in the cadastral area Jedousov and in adjacent parts of the cadastral areas Choltice, Mokošín, Poběžovice u Přelouče, Štěpánov u Přelouče, and Tupesy u Přelouče, including necessary surveying activities at an accuracy class designated for the renewal of the cadastral records and preparation of documentation for the introduction of the KoPÚ results into the real estate cadastre and demarcation of new parcel boundaries. The proposal will serve as a basis for the branch's decision on the approval of the comprehensive land consolidation proposal and decisions on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, determination of the payment amount and deadline pursuant to § 10 paragraph 2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., or possibly on the establishment or cancellation of easements on the affected parcels. The expected area of the solved territory is approximately 271 ha (including a 2 ha reserve).
