TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land consolidation (KoPÚ) in the cadastral area of Mělčany near Ivančice, including the necessary surveying work in an accuracy class specified for the restoration of the land register by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the Land Register (Land Register Decree), as amended. This is based on requests from owners of land submitted under Act No. 139/2002 Coll., on Land Consolidation and Land Offices, as amended, with the aim of spatially and functionally arranging ownership rights to land and related easements, making land accessible, and ensuring conditions for the rational management of land owners’ land and for increasing the ecological stability of the landscape. The results of the KoPÚ will be used for the restoration of the cadastral records and as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. The estimated area of the area to be addressed is 684 ha. The proposed scope of the KoPÚ includes 3,537 parcels recorded in 331 ownership sheets.
