KoPÚ Olešná u Ledče nad Sázavou

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for complex land consolidation (hereinafter referred to as “KoPÚ”) in the cadastral territory of Olešná near Ledč nad Sázavou, including the necessary surveying work in the accuracy class specified for the restoration of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended by later regulations. The KoPÚ will be addressed with particular regard to the modification of water management conditions, anti-erosion measures and flood-prevention measures. The scope of the complex land consolidation shall include the entire cadastral territory (hereinafter also “cadastral territory”) of the municipality of Olešná near Ledč nad Sázavou and, for the purpose of making plots of the part of the cadastral territory of Kozlov accessible and of addressing the shared boundary in the cadastral territory of Hradec near Ledč nad Sázavou, outside the built-up area of the municipality.
