TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the processing of the proposal for comprehensive land adjustments (hereinafter referred to as "KoPÚ") in the cadastral area of Strupčice, where the original contractor did not complete the design work and the contract was terminated (the work was ended at the stage of incompletion). This involves the completion of the KoPÚ proposal, including the necessary geodetic work at the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (the cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "cadastral decree"). For the parts of the work already delivered, it is necessary to carry out their inspection and subsequent update, see Annex No. 3 Itemized Statement of Activities – for the determination of the bid price, including the schedule of completion of the main units. The KoPÚ proposal will be prepared so that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the land adjustment proposal and decisions on exchange or transfer of ownership rights.
