TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land adjustments in the cadastral area of Nová Ves u Mladé Vožice with an extended territory including parts of the cadastral areas Křtěnovice, Oldřichov u Mladé Vožice and Petrovice u Miličína, including the necessary geodetic works at the accuracy class designated for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended. The scope of the comprehensive land adjustments will include the entire cadastral area of the municipality of Nová Ves u Mladé Vožice, except for the built-up area of the municipality, and parts of the cadastral areas of Křtěnovice, Oldřichov u Mladé Vožice and Petrovice u Miličína. The estimated area of the KoPÚ territory is 245 ha, of which 229 ha is the solved area according to §2 and 16 ha is the unsolved area according to §2 of Act No. 139/2002 Coll., on land adjustments and land offices and amending Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on the regulation of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property, as amended.
