TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the preparation of a draft of comprehensive land consolidations (hereinafter "KoPÚ") in the cadastral area of Všeruby near Plzeň and adjoining parts of the cadastral areas Hunčice, Kunějovice, Nekmíř, Nevřeň and Radimovice near Všeruby, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class determined for the renewal of the real estate cadastre by Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., on the real estate cadastre (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter "cadastral decree"). The KoPÚ draft will be prepared so that it can be entered into the real estate cadastre. The work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office to approve the proposal of land consolidations and for the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights, and also as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. The expected area of the KoPÚ amounts to 542 ha.
