TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement includes procurements for collecting depth information in the Gulf of Finland and the Archipelago Sea, as well as in the Åland Islands area, by means of multi-beam measurements. The procurements also include post-processing of the collected depth data. The collected and post-processed data must meet Traficom’s quality requirements, which are based on the international IHO S-44 maritime surveying standard. The depth measurement data for procurements under this framework agreement belongs, in accordance with the Act on Surveillance of the Territory and the definitions of the Headquarters of the Defence Forces, to security classification TLIII. The implementation of assignments that fall under Security Classification III, “confidential”, requires an enterprise security clearance certificate in accordance with the security classification of the assignment. The service provider is required to have a valid enterprise security clearance certificate, Facility Security Clearance (FSC), granted by the national security authority of its home country.
