TENDER DESCRIPTION

This framework agreement includes procurements in the Gulf of Finland and the Archipelago Sea as well as in the Åland Islands area for the collection of depth data using multi-beam surveys (possibly also Bathy-LiDAR measurements). The procurements also include post-processing of the collected depth data. The collected and post-processed data must meet the quality requirements of Traficom, which are based on the international IHO S-44 hydrographic survey standard. The depth survey data for procurements under this framework agreement belongs to security classification TLIII in accordance with the Act on Territorial Surveillance and the definitions of the Headquarters. The implementation of tasks belonging to Security Classification III “Confidential” requires a company security clearance certificate in accordance with the task’s security classification. The service provider is required to have a valid company security clearance certificate, Facility Security Clearance (FSC), issued by the national security authority of its home country.
