TENDER DESCRIPTION
This framework agreement includes procurements in the Gulf of Finland and the Archipelago Sea as well as in the Åland area for collecting depth data by multibeam surveys (possibly also Bathy-LiDAR measurements). The procurements also include post-processing of the collected depth data. The collected and post-processed data must meet Traficom’s quality requirements, which are based on the international IHO S-44 hydrographic survey standard. The depth measurement data of the procurements under this framework agreement belongs, in accordance with the Act on Surveillance of Areas and the definitions of the Headquarters, to the security classification TLIII. The implementation of assignments belonging to Security Class III “confidential” requires a company security clearance certificate in accordance with the security classification of the assignment. The service provider is required to have a valid company security clearance certificate, Facility Security Clearance (FSC), granted by the national security authority of its home country.
