TENDER DESCRIPTION

Housing company SW+ wants, in consultation with the City of Kortrijk, to realise a high-quality social housing project through the redevelopment of the Zypteland site. The project provides a future-proof living and working environment that is carefully integrated into its urban context. In total, approximately 44 social housing units, parking facilities, a collective green inner courtyard area, and new offices for SW+ will be created. The contracting authority estimates the total budget at €17,500,000 excl. VAT and fees.
