TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lapland Welfare Area invites tenders for a total package consisting of: 1. security devices provided for home use to clients of the Lapland Welfare Area 2. alarm reception service 3. alarm reception system for producing the aforementioned service as an in-house operation of the welfare area. In the procurement, security devices refer to various security devices provided for home use that can enhance the safety of clients living at home. The procured security devices include security telephones and their accessories, a locating safety bracelet, as well as a solution for door monitoring in communal housing. Alarm reception service refers to a service where alarms received through the security devices are accepted, an initial assessment of the need for assistance is made, and the request is forwarded to security helpers. The service must operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The alarm reception system refers to a system that enables the contracting authority to receive alarms from different security devices and forward them as a task to security helpers.
