TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is domestic accommodation services for Ammattiopisto Luovi Oy's staff work trips and occasional accommodation needs of students. Based on the procurement, a multiple-supplier framework agreement will be established, which can include hotels and apartment hotels. The tenderer may offer one or more accommodation units. The aim of the procurement is to ensure nationwide comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-efficient accommodation services for Luovi's use. All tenderers meeting the requirements of the request for tenders will be accepted into the framework agreement. Tenders will not be scored and tenderers will not be ranked in order of preference within the framework agreement. The contracting authority does not commit to minimum purchase quantities nor to the use of a specific supplier. The contract period is 3 + 1 years.
