TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the domestic accommodation services of Ammattiopisto Luovi Oy for staff business trips and occasional accommodation needs of students. Based on the procurement, a multi-supplier framework agreement will be established, which may include hotels and apartment hotels. The bidder may offer one or more accommodation locations. The objective of the procurement is to ensure nationwide comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-effective accommodation services for Luovi's use. All bidders meeting the requirements of the request for tenders will be accepted to the framework agreement. Offers will not be scored, nor will bidders be ranked in an order of preference within the framework agreement. The contracting authority does not commit to minimum purchase volumes or the use of any specific supplier. The contract period is 3 + 1 years.
