TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement covers the domestic accommodation services of Ammattiopisto Luovi Oy for staff business trips and for occasional accommodation needs of students. On the basis of this procurement, a framework arrangement with multiple suppliers is established, to which hotels and apartment hotels can be accepted. The supplier may offer one or more accommodation sites. The aim of the procurement is to ensure, nationwide, comprehensive, high-quality and cost-effective accommodation services for Luovi. All suppliers that meet the requirements of the request for tenders are accepted into the framework arrangement. Tenders are not scored and suppliers are not placed in a relative ranking of best-to-worst within the framework arrangement. The contracting authority does not commit to any minimum purchase volumes nor to the use of any specific supplier. The contract period is 3 + 1 years.
