TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns domestic accommodation services of Ammattiopisto Luovi Oy for staff business travel and occasional accommodation needs of students. Based on the procurement, a framework arrangement with multiple suppliers will be established, to which hotels and apartment hotels may be accepted. The supplier may offer one or more accommodation locations. The objective of the procurement is to ensure, nationwide, comprehensive, high-quality and cost-effective accommodation services for Luovi’s use. All suppliers that meet the requirements set out in the request for tenders will be accepted into the framework arrangement. Tenders are not scored and suppliers are not placed in a relative order of superiority within the framework arrangement. The contracting entity is not committed to any minimum purchasing volume and is not committed to the use of any particular supplier. The contract period is 3 + 1 years.
